Processing Room
An insulated room for handling, sorting and packing before product moves into chilled or frozen storage.
2 TO 5 °C
Chiller Room
Held between 2 and 5 °C for vegetables, dairy products and other chilled stock.
−18 TO −20 °C
Freezer Room
Held between −18 and −20 °C for meat, seafood and other long-term frozen storage.

Every room is sized to the space and the throughput you have. We survey the site, agree the internal dimensions and holding temperature, then build the room in place.
