Sheet metal cutting services
The laser that cuts our own freezer casings and panels is open to outside work. Send a drawing and we cut, bend or shear to it — from a single part to a production batch.
I — CAPABILITY
What we can cut, and how thick

Maximum sheet size 3000 × 1500 mm. Thicknesses above are the practical limit on our 3 kW source; send the drawing and material grade and we will confirm before quoting.

Cutting is rarely the whole job

Laser cutting
Profiles, holes and cut-outs straight from your drawing, on the same machine we run for our own production.

Bending
Press brake work available, so flat parts leave the workshop already formed to your drawing.

Punching and shearing
For plain blanks and repeat holes where a laser pass is not the quickest route.
III — HOW TO ORDER
Send a drawing, get a price
Every job is quoted on its own drawing — material, thickness, quantity and nesting all move the price, so there is no rate card. Small and one-off jobs are welcome alongside production batches.
Send the drawing
DXF, DWG or PDF. A dimensioned hand sketch is fine for simple parts.
We confirm and quote
Material, thickness and quantity checked against the machine, then priced per job.
Cut, formed, collected
Parts cut and, if required, bent before collection at our Sungai Petani workshop.

One Laser OLS-3015
Fibre laser cutting machine with exchange table, CNC controlled.
Open to local factories and workshops, engineering contractors and walk-in jobs.
